Purpose(s):
To ensure clarity of understanding for parents and guardians who wish to secure seats for their child(ren), due to high demand for ANPS seats
Collection Policy
ANPS’ policy is compliant with the guidelines set by ADEK. The required school fees paid in a timely and convenient manner will enable proper recruitment of outstanding caliber and consequently best quality of education for your child(ren).
Registration/Re-Registration
To start the registration process, a payment of AED 1,000 must be made within two weeks of receiving the acceptance email from the school. This fee will put your child(ren)’s name(s) on the school records internally and will be refunded against the tuition fees
Enrollment
The actual enrollment process at ANPS is the payment for Term 1 fees in full to allow the students to be registered legally on our official records and hence ADEK’s official records eSIS. Tuition fees must be fully paid before the first day of school (termly or annually).
The school will prioritize the students’ seats among those who have full payment based on first come first serve basis. To guarantee an official seat at ANPS, fees should to be settled in full.

Non-Payment or Delay
In the event parents/guardians are experiencing difficulty in meeting the payment due dates, they should immediately approach the Finance department to discuss their options.
In case they continue to default and not paying the tuition fees before the start of the second and third terms, ANPS is committed to only three email reminders before taking measures to ensure that the parents fulfil their financial duties. The school has the right to suspend the student as per ADEK’s guidelines. The school also reserves the right to withhold examination report cards, transfer certificates, and/or re-registering a student until all outstanding dues are settled.
Mid-term starters and leavers policy
The School may retain a certain amount of the tuition fees in any of the following cases:
• If a student attends any part of week one of the term or fails to show up at all without the Parent/Guardian notifying the School in writing sufficiently in advance before the beginning of a term. In such a case, the School may retain the value of the registration or re-registration fees.
• If a student attends from one week and up to three weeks in a term, the School may retain the value of one full month of tuition fees.
• If a student attends over three weeks and up to six weeks in a term, the School may retain the value of two full months of tuition fees.
• If a student attends over six weeks in a term, the School may retain the full-term fee.
The value of one month of tuition fees is calculated by dividing the total tuition fees for the school year by ten months.

- Bank Transfer (Bank slip must be sent immediately to the school’s e-mail: Accounts@anps.co with all the students’ details)
- Cash Deposit to (Copy of the bank deposit receipt must be sent immediately to the school’s e-mail: Accounts@anps.co with all students’ details)
- Cheques (School is not accepting checks except from some selected companies. Deposit of cheques in ATM is prohibited)
